Clean and updated hotel. Unique building with a lot of history. Good location. Only complaint was that the beds were pretty hard. One of them was already beginning to sag where most guests sleep and it was not particularly comfortable. However, as long as you don't mind the hard bed, the rest of the property is quite nice.

Horrible Management!! I am a Diamond member and have been for at least 10 years. I don't expect anything from it, and don't get much from Hilton these days anyway, but staying over 180 days in a hotel room per year increases the likelihood of leaving something behind. I finally did that at this hotel. In this case, I unknowingly dropped something while putting my coat on. I realized it on my way to the airport and called the Majestic quickly hoping to find a quick and easy remedy. Two days of calling and arguing was the price to finally get someone to look for my item. It was found, of course, and then I was transferred to the ransom department to determine how much I would be forced to pay to get it back. They employee an outside company who charge a range of $84 if I want it back within days, or $34 if I want to wait weeks. This small item would fit in an envelope and weighs maybe 3 ounces. What a horrible way to treat LOYAL customers. I have stayed at this hotel a number of time, but will never go back. I am re-thinking the whole Hilton brand as well. It is not what it once was.

Great hotel in a historic building! It’s older and smaller, but it’s clean, quiet, and centrally located with great service from staff. We were able to check in super early and they were helpful keeping luggage for our whole work team. Would definitely stay again.

Very good location. Polite and nice staff. The room was clean and the bathroom very nice and clean. Not much variety at breakfast but ok. Pretty quiet though you can hear sirens. Would stay there again. We were in a family room and it was spacious enough for us.

Although a bit outdated, it is comfortabel and clean The service is remarkable. Excellent. People solve problems, go out of their way to help you. Real good. We loved the location. Walls are a bit thin though. Although we wouldn’t have selected this ourselves:: All in all it was good enough for the occasion, a pleasant stay.
